Description: I am a male, 59.42 lbs, gray and white Pit Bull Terrier.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 3 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Dec 10, 2025.

? Initially retreats to the back of the kennel
? Tucked tail, pinned ears, averted gaze
? Low growling when frightened
? Timid during leashing
? Walks on leash
? Unsocial at first but curious and capable of engaging
? Will interact with handlers when given time and encouragement
These behaviors are consistent with a fearful, under-socialized dog who needs patience, structure, and a calm environment to decompress.

? Temporary appetite decrease noted, now eating
? Some handling challenges due to fear
