Horchata came in as an owner surrender due to killing another dog.
they advised that the dog that was killed was always instigating fights between her and Horchata. Whenever the dogs were in the backyard (3 total), the deceased dog would bark at people passing by, then redirect her energy onto Horchata and try to fight her, Horchata would not fight back.
