Maverick has shown fearful behaviors since he arrived, including issuing air snaps while being handled. Despite being provided time to adjust to his new environment, Maverick's fearful behavior has declined such that he now poses a potential danger to staff.
He needs behavioral assessment and support in order to determine if he can become a safe pet. We are seeking urgent rescue intervention for Maverick to get him access to the resources he needs.
