Pat Garrett A5746042 was at the front of the kennel when the handler approached him, he noticed her, he began to pace back
and forth while remaining at the front of the kennel and he maintained eye contact with her. His body was tense, his hackles
were out, his tail was high with a stiff wag and his pupils were dilated. The handler coaxed him, he maintained focus eye
contact with her, and he growled. The handler continued to coax him, he sniffed her hand but when she attempted to grab her
leash (fast movement), he charged towards the front and growled. He would challenge the handler when she made eye
contact with him, he never broke focus and he let out deep loud growls. At this point the handler did not feel safe to remove
him from the kennel and he will be re0attempted another day if space allows. Placement designation to be continued
