He?s selective with other dogs?does best with females and prefers a peaceful environment 🐕✨ Raskal is a geriatric pup who will need a little extra love and care 🩺 but in return, he?ll give you all the sweetness and companionship you could ask for 🏡💕 Abdomen/UG: neutered/no presence of testicles, perianal area seems slightly engorged, masses/growths noted on prepuce April 23, 2026 E26-092891 PLAYGROUP DOWNEY A5768554 ?The behaviors described today reflect the dog?s responses in an Animal Care Center environment and during assessment. A dog's behavior in an Animal Care Center may differ significantly from how they behave in a home. Stress, confinement, and unfamiliar surroundings can cause dogs to act out or suppress behaviors that may emerge later. A dog's behavior may change based on surroundings, training, medical, socialization, and life experiences.? Raskal greeted the runner with a relaxed body, soft eyes, and a loose wag. He sniffed and licked the runner?s hand, and allowed the runner to pet him through the kennel. He was easy to leash and remove from the kennel, pulled moderately on leash while bypassing the other kennels, and was easy to collar. In the catch pen, his body, eyes, and tail were all neutral. He entered the yard, and bypassed the other dogs without greeting them. He roamed the yard for several minutes before exchanging tense greetings with another male. They engaged in a brief scuffle, which the handlers easily corrected with an audible correction from the shake can. He moved away from the other male, and continued to roam the yard with a neutral body, soft eyes, an open pant, and a high tail with a loose wag. He remained tense with the other males, but coexisted peacefully with the female dogs. He solicited petting from the handler, accepted a hug, and licked the handler?s face. Raskal is selective with the other dogs, has a low energy level, and does not have a playstyle at this time.
