A dog's behavior in an Animal Care Center may differ significantly from how they behave in a home. Stress, confinement, and unfamiliar surroundings can cause dogs to act out or suppress behaviors that may emerge later. A dog's behavior may change based on surroundings, training, medical, socialization, and life experiences.' Briana A5773958 greeted the runner with a relaxed demeanor, she was easy to remove, and she slightly pulled on leash. In the catch pen when she was introduced to the dogs her body was relaxed, her eyes were soft, and her tail was low with a soft wag. She was easy to collar and leash. She entered the yard and began exploring. She sniffed her environmental surroundings, she exchanged appropriate greetings with the dogs. Dogs sniffed her a few times, her body was relaxed, her eyes were soft, and her tail wagged neutrally. She gave appropriate corrections to two big dogs who were being pushy with her. She solicited affection from the handlers. She engaged in gentle play with the dogs. Overall, Briana was social with the dogs and would benefit best in a gentle/dainty yard. Behaviorally ok for public adoption, large dogs ok.
