My name is Baxter and I am an unaltered male, black and white Terrier mix. Shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 1 month old. I have been at the shelter since May 13, 2026.
This poor dog is absolutely frozen in fear. He literally shakes uncontrollably in his kennel. (SEE HEARTBREAKING VIDEO IN COMMENTS) He was abandoned/confiscated from the city of Colton and brought to City of San Bernardino Animal Services on 5/13/26. His name is Baxter and he could sure use a human who will give him the tenderness, love, patience and assurance he needs to feel safe and wanted.
