He was easily collared by the runner in the catch pen. He entered the play yard with a low body and concemed eyes. He was approached in fast manner by a male shepherd. He became wary, backed up, offered an air snap warning for space and began defensively barking. The male shepherd respected this and walked away. He then moved away from the gate area and began to explore the yard. He was tolerant of dogs trailing him to sniff him. After a short time, he appeared to grow in confidence and exchange soft greetings with the other dogs. He offered a play bowto a female shepherd, and he engaged in some timid gentle/dainty play. At times he would hide behind the handler as he play bowed. As a little more time passed, he continued to grow in confidence and engaged in push/pull play with multiple dogs. He remained playful and social for the rest of his time in the yard. He would approach the handlers and seek affection Archer is social with the other dogs and Prefers a push/pull play stole He may take a lola time to wam up and gain confidence with new dogs then he first meats
