STAFF OBSERVATIONS
04/02/26 Dog ran away during impound. When dog feels pull off leash, attempts to nip or bite.
04/08/26 12:43 - Pulled dog for media. Took some coaxing, treats, and very slow movements to leash her up. She did try to nip a few times out of fear. Walked fine on leash and did not nip or bite at leash. Became curious and gained some confidence in quad. Took dog in play yard and was unable to handle or get close. Hard to re-leash as she became nippy and fearful. Once re-leashed walked to kennel fine. Walked right into kennel but still unable to get close so used broom end to take off leash. will continue to work with her
04/09/26 Dog appears fearful in kennel environment. No kennel mate at time of walk through due to being underweight.
04/15/26 16:55 Leashed up slowly. Walked to play yard well. While in play yard ran around, and eventually warmed up to handler by soliciting attention. Walked back to kennel and re-kenneled with no issues.
06/30/26 16:40 Foster Pet report card: activities enjoyed during my outing: walking, dog parks, car rides, best described as: housebroke, a+ car co-pilot, cuddly Interacted with: children, dogs, cats
07/02/26 involved in an altercation that caused serious injury to the other dog(A1913801). Dog marked as NOD(no other dog) on kennel card.
07/07/26 12:33 During kennel walk through observed dog frontal at kennel alarm barking while height seeking. Dog appears to be exhibiting signs of behavior decline / kennel stress.
07/10/26 Dog participated in playgroup.

05/17/26 12:50 Patient presents for fever, vomiting, and bacterial infection and bleeding of the paw. FP reports patient started vomiting this AM (only vomited 2x, which appeared to be white and bile). FP think patient had a fever because she felt warm. FP reports patient has been chewing on left rear paw and will occasionally limp since last Thursday. FP was feeding patient some tuna, rice and salmon but then switched food to kibble (and is coconut oil and broth) about 1 week ago (kirkland brand kibble). Patient is not one to get into people food or ingest foreign objects. Patient is BAR, MM Pink. T=100.9, started growling when approached Parvo snap = negative Patient appears to have possible ulcer (small, no obvious opening/entry for foxtail, no draining) on pedal aspect of paw pad, left rear leg Prescribed the following medications per protocol: -Fortiflora SID x 10 days -Animax to be applied onto the affected area of the skin (paw pad) BID x 10 days Client discussion: Recommended bland diet and slowly transition back to kibble. Recommended removing coconut oil from diet. Proper use of meds. Sent patient home with e-collar to prevent further chewing/licking of possible ulcer on left rear paw pad. Recheck as needed for vomiting. Recheck sooner if vomiting/limping worsens.
