Age: The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old.

STAFF OBSERVATIONS
06/26/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed giving appropriate greetings and presenting sexually motivated behaviors with other dogs in playgroup.
07/07/26 13:07 During kennel walk through observed dog at front of kennel alarm barking, low growling with a stiff body and high flagging tail - attempted to coax dog and dog lunged and snarled -dog appears to be exhibiting signs of behavior decline / kennel stress.
07/10/26 Dog participated in playgroup.

General Attitude: BAR, possibly hbc, aco state patient was limping out on field, no limping in clinic. patient is go slow.

Nose: had some bloody discharge expelled out on field. none seen at this time, just dried blood

Mouth/Teeth: Normal, some tartar present

External Parasites: None seen

Gait: Normal at this time, patient was limping out on field. no limping seen at this time

Major concerns summary: possible hbc, patient is mobile and standing on all fours. was limping out on field, patient is go slow and hesitant of close contact. attempted to take temp but patient was not allowing, growling and resiting. provided carprofen inj sq 3.00cc/ml and okay to rx rimaydl 135mg sid for 3 days starting on 6/21.
-will put on dvm review
-will do possible x-rays with sedation when time permits
- monitor mobility and behavior, e/d, u/bm

06/22/26 10:02 fully ambulatory no noticeable lameness in all 4 limbs ok to move P to kennel
06/22/26 10:40 Eating and drinking. No vomiting, appears to have diarrhea 6/7. Appears BAR. Gave proviable capsule and diagel per protocol.
07/02/26 17:03 ACT reports bloody diarrhea, tested neg for parvo and giardia. ok to Rx:metro per protocol.
