Age: The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 4 months old.

STAFF OBSERVATIONS
03/23/26 11:32 During kennel walk through observed dog at front of kennel soliciting attention. Appears to be doing well with kennel mate.
03/27/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed giving appropriate but mildly tense greetings, warnings and presented exit seeking behaviors.
04/07/26 Dog participated in playgroup style today. Dog was observed exit seeking and jumped on top of wall.
04/18/26 Dog was taken out for individual enrichment today.
04/27/26 Dog participated in individual enrichment.
05/04/26 Dog was out for individual enrichment.
05/15/26 Dog participated in playgroup with kennel mate.
05/17/26 Dog was kennel mates with another dog that might be positive for strep zo. Marking as NOD for now per vet staff. No walking/playgroups for at least 7-10 days.

03/18/26 09:39- P was going to be kennel, but ACT notice stiff rear leg/hips mostly left side. unable to exam p, per RVT keep in sallyport for poss xrays with sedation when time permits. per protocol/RVT give carprofen 2.5ml SQ, Simbadol .62mls IM Per RVT RX simbadol .62ml IM bid x 5 days
03/18/26 12:23- Sedation- torb 0.5mls+dex 0.45 mls IM given by RVT Xrays done 3 views-leave in sallyport monitor stiffness
03/19/26 18:02 per DVM no need to admin simbadol for pm meds.
03/20/26 09:34 no remarkable limping was noted on leash walking - Dr. also confirmed P maybe skipped a step really quick while trotting but it's not consistent at this point. reviewed RAD : hip dysplasia with mild DJD change bilaterally but right side is worse. Rx) Gabapentin 300mg :1 cap PO BID for 10 days discontinued simbadol ok to move P to kennel recheck 3.27.26
