Description: I am a male, 47.70 lbs, black brindle and white Pit Bull Terrier mix.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 6 months old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jan 23, 2026.
I am an at risk animal. Please contact the shelter for more information.

STAFF OBSERVATIONS
01/23/26 strong dog, may need 2 hands to walk dog.
01/24/26 11:57 Very easy to leash. Walked well on leash and did not pull. In play yard dog was sniffing around as well as soliciting attention from handler. Had no issues kenneling.
01/29/26 07:30 Upon approach, dog was soliciting attention from handler. Appears to be doing well with kennel mate.
02/01/26 Dog participated in play group today. Dog was steerable with low level tools. Gave correction. Was slightly rude with greetings. playful.

MEDICAL NOTES
01/23/26 12:16-BAR, easy to handle during exam, very friendly, appeared to be healthy, mc scan neg, intact male, administered routine vaccines DAPP, Bord, vectra.
02/12/26 12:57 ACT wrote on board - bloody stool. Two dogs in kennel. Sample came out positive for giardia. Will start on both dogs on the giardia protocol per RVT.

02/20/26 16:04 following up on board: no blood found in stool sample 6/7. giardia positive drontal plus 45+ 1 tab po sid x 3 days
06/04/26 12:55 P was placed on whiteboard for bloody stool in kennel. P is BAR, appears healty. No stool sample in kennel to test for giardia and dogs are very excitable. OK to Rx : 1 packet fortifloira PO SID x 10 days per RVT Marci. If bloody stool persists after 10 days, bring up to test for giardia.
06/05/26 15:02 Bloody stool sample in kennel tested pos for giardia. Going to RX medication per protocol.
07/22/26 13:04 Gave bordetella booster.
