STAFF OBSERVATIONS
09/01/26 Dog was excited at kennel door, easy to leash and walk to play yard. Once in play yard was social and playful with handler as well as kennel mate.
09/08/26 Dog appears to be declining in shelter environment. Dog is height seeking and alarm barking throughout observation. Dog has \"feed separate\" marked on kennel card.
