STAFF OBSERVATIONS
09/08/26 Dog appears highly aroused in kennel during walk through. Dog is whale eyed but soliciting attention from handler.
09/11/26 Dog participated in playgroup assessment today. Dog was observed giving playful behavior but became conflict driven during a small scrimmage in yard. Small group recommended.
09/16/26 10:30 Took King out for media, was very easy to remove from kennel. showed no interested in barking dogs while walking out. when in quad was play bowing and seeking of handlers attention. was very easy to walk no issues. not toy motivated, very people affection motivated' However once over stimulated with pets shows signs of sexual motivation. when rekenneling had no issues.
09/19/26 09:13 Upon approach dog was observed sitting at front of kennel but facing outside portion. Allowed handler to leash and walk to play-yard Dog walked well on leash and did not react to other dogs while exiting building. In play-yard dog was observed running around, soliciting attention from handler, played with ball toy , and presented play bows to handler. Allowed handler to leash but did protest by pulling back when trying to rekennel. Currently has no kennelmates.
09/30/26 Dog participated in small playgroup today.
10/07/26 11:11 Took dog out for media, dog greeted the handler at the front of the kennel, loose body and soft tail wag. The dog walked well on a leash, did not pull. While on leash dog walked past barking dogs without reacting. Dog allowed petting on head and shoulders, leaned into touch. Frequently checked in with handler while in yard, soliciting attention. Easy to re-leash and re-kennel

09/03/26 17:36 BAR, no URI symptoms, no neurological symptoms observed at this time
09/13/26 15:53 ACT reports diarrhea in kennel. they obtained a sample for giardia. negative. ok to start on rx: fortiflora 1 packet SID for 7 days. will continue to monitor for improvement.
