On approach, was closed inside while staff were cleaning outside. Able to enter kennel, she was huddled in the comer, lip licking, shaking, and avoiding direct eye contact. I went slow and was able to pet/touch her. She did not seek engagement but was tolerant. Head shy/leery of touch around her head and flinchy. I was able to perfom handling \"exam\", but she did try to bite/snapped at my hand when I attempted to pick her up (once pressure on her abdomen).
Ok for rescue at this time due to handling sensitivity.
